Pricing & packages

We offer three packages — All-Inclusive, Venue Only, and Micro Wedding.

Our All-Inclusive package starts at $9,500 for 50 guests and covers your venue, catering, DJ, florals, cake, linens, and more — everything in one price. Venue Only ranges from $3,200–$8,300 depending on your date and guest count. Micro Weddings start at $5,300 for 25 or fewer guests.

We have two simple rates — off-peak and peak Saturday. Peak Saturdays (April, May, June, October, November & December) add $1,500 to the base price. Off-peak Saturdays (January, February, March, July, August & September) and all Fridays, Sundays, and weekdays year-round are priced at our standard rate.

That's it — no other surcharges or hidden fees. What you see on our pricing page is what you pay.
Yes — financing is available. We want your wedding to be within reach, and we're happy to talk through flexible payment options leading up to your date. Learn more about financing here, or ask us about it when you schedule your tour.
Peak season Saturdays (April, May, June, October, November, December) tend to book 12–18 months in advance. Off-peak dates and weekdays are more flexible — we often have availability within 6 months. If you have a specific date in mind, check our open dates and reach out sooner rather than later.
Day-of coordination is available as an add-on for $1,750 and we highly recommend it — having someone manage your timeline, vendors, and details on the day itself means you and your family can actually be present and enjoy it. It is not included in the base package price.

The venue

We kindly ask that all tours are by appointment — it lets us give you our full attention and make sure someone is here to show you around properly. Request your tour here.

If you're already in the area and want to take a chance on dropping by, give us a call first and we'll let you know if we're around!
We can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests, with a maximum of 310. Most of our couples find that 250 or under makes for the best experience — plenty of room to celebrate without feeling crowded.
We do not allow guest access to the river on the day of the wedding. However, we absolutely love using the river for photos — we allow river access for first looks, bridal portraits, and engagement sessions. A waiver is required and we'll walk you through that process.
We do allow some animals with a signed waiver. Any animals participating in the ceremony must have a dedicated companion to take them off-site immediately following — they can't roam freely during the reception. Reach out and we can talk through the specifics for your situation.
There are plenty of great options close by — hotels, vacation rentals, and bed & breakfasts in Boerne and the surrounding Hill Country. Check out our Eat + Stay page for our curated recommendations.

Catering & bar

We offer several package options prepared fresh in our on-site commercial kitchen — including our Chicken Package, BBQ Package, Fajita Package, and Beef Tenderloin Package. Appetizers can be added to any package.

The Chicken Package is included in all All-Inclusive and Micro Wedding packages. See the full menu and pricing →
You're welcome to bring your own alcohol — we just ask that it be served by a TABC-certified bartender. We have trusted bartending recommendations if you need them. Our packages include non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, wine and beer cups, and garnishes.
We ask for your final headcount 2 weeks before your wedding date — this gives us time to finalize catering quantities, floral arrangements, and linen counts. We know that final numbers can shift, so just keep us updated as you get closer.
There's no formal minimum, but we strongly encourage serving a full meal rather than appetizers only. Your guests will be celebrating with you for hours — a proper dinner makes for a much better experience for everyone, and our catering is genuinely something people rave about.

Day-of logistics

  • All-Inclusive & Venue Only: 5 hours of event time, plus a 1-hour rehearsal and photo session
  • Micro Wedding: 3 hours of event time
  • Dressing suites are available from 10am on all packages for getting ready
  • Additional hours can be added at $500/hour + security costs
You choose your own start time — for example, 5–10pm or 6–11pm for a standard All-Inclusive.
Yes — setup and cleanup are included in all packages. Anything you or your vendors bring in (personal décor, favors, etc.) must be removed the night of the wedding.
For Venue Only packages, yes — you're welcome to bring in outside vendors for catering, florals, photography, and more. We have a great list of recommended vendors if you need a starting point.

For All-Inclusive and Micro Wedding packages, Marquardt Ranch in-house catering is required. You can still bring in your own photographer, videographer, officiant, and other vendors outside of catering.
Yes — All-Inclusive and Venue Only packages include a 1-hour rehearsal and photo session prior to your wedding day. We'll coordinate the timing with you based on availability.
